Argos Cowley london

Would not exchange a faulty product, resolved the matter with the manufacturer. In store customer care awful. Now using Amazon, (The High St only has itself to blame)

Really quick service staff very friendly

RUDE RUDE COWARD MANAGER!!!!!! Went to cowley Argos today to take back an item that was incorrectly given to me at the Slough branch. Went to cowley to return and explain after speaking to customer service and advised that I can do this at any store. This delightful NOT!!!! Arrogant coward of a manager refused to refund me, accused me of lying about the item and said he was no longer dealing with this and said he was going back to his office out the back and walked off! I then called customer service whilst in store and they wanted to speak to this manager. He of which would NOT come out of his office and passed on a message that customer service could ring him in his office. So so rude. Customer services then stated it was at his discretion and would no further help me. NEVER COME ACROSS SUCH A RUDE ARROGANT MANAGER. DARK HAIR AND FOREIGN AND HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHATSOEVER. Should not be working in customer service especially as a manger of a whole store! Feel sorry for his staff having to work below him!

Argos, Cowley is set near the road between West Drayton and Uxbridge and has a good size parking area. Outside of peak times it's not very busy and doesn't have the feel of a big store. Reservations of goods can be made on the online site where you can also check availability from a particular store.

Click and not collect . Have ordered parcels from eBay only for this store to reject and send them back and no information given . I won't have any eBay parcel delivered here again due to a complete waste of time !!

Shame for the customer service. I was collecting a parcel ordered online by my daughter. The lady at the desk told me it wasn't in the premises any more. I showed the lady their mail saying the parcel would be at our disposal until 9 December. Then she finally checked the reference number and went to pick it up in her stock. The whole thing latest 20 min when it should have last a few minutes. Too lazy lady!

There is a carpark attached to the store which makes parking easier. The store is like any other Argos store, well laid out and easy to order and pay for items. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Waited 17 min for an HDMI cable??? Explain!

Very rude and unprofessional staff who don't want to help customers at all. I had a 9ct gold chain which got stretched with time and got longer than its actual length but when I brought it to return to this store the staff said that the chain was totally different from their stock(indirectly accusing the customer of changing the product and bringing it for refund).They didn't ask for receipt or anything. Didn't use common sense that if the chain got stretched obviously it would look different. And told me that I wasn't gonna get any help from them that evening.

Everytime I go to this store, it is an enjoyable experience. The manager lady is so friendly and helpful, as are the staff. Today without asking, a helpful young man not only carried a heavy oven to my car, but stayed to help me put it in the car. Thanks to everyone at Argos Cowley for making life a bit easier.
