Bell Music london

The guy who attended to me was really helpful and so patient. I hadn't seen this much in London, as it's a very busy city. But he said Londoners in general did use to have that reputation up until some years ago (of being helpful and patient). There is a variety of things for drummers and percussionists. And they have a nice plus, which is the chance to use their studio once you've bought something. It's a super cool thing. I'm really happy to have been there and bought a couple of things. Just keep up the good service guys!

Brilliant shop with great products and fantastic service and staff. I had my vintage Ludwig snare re-skinned and they were so nice and skilled at it.

I have liked bell Music acton town. The staff was very nice indeed. I have bought a pair of drumsticks and the guy showed me how to handle them. (It was my first time) I got them for cheap (a fiver) and the drum spot is cheap as well , I guess I have paid around five pounds as well. Nice sound, there s an amp where you can plug your phone or you base track on it and play along. The only thing I was a bit disappointed is that you have to pay extra 5 pounds for double pedal (if you like heavy stuff) but unfortunately I m not professional and I won't buy it or rent it out neither. Without any further ado Bell Music acton town is a great place to express yourself .

Wow, what fabulous service! I had been advised by other suppliers that it might take months to get a Chiron gong, but it was ordered and collected within 2 weeks. Great value, clear and helpful communication from Jon the Director and really wonderful customer service from Jack when we went to collect. Insightful, interested, really personable and helpful. Absolutely recommend them for any musical equipment needs. First class!

Best studio in West London (that I've been to...)

Great drum rehearsal space with a massive shop floor! The drum in the room wasn’t the best but did the job. My favourite addition was the hand sanitizer dispenser 😂

Bought a Paiste Planet Uranus Gong last week which was hand delivered first thing Monday morning. This company not only offered best rate for this gong, but also included a Chalkin mallet in the price. What with that and the personal delivery, it all adds up to great service.
