Having had the latest CCTV fitted to my business premises - I cannot recommend Octagon enough - from the survey, to the install, all the staff have been super customer focused. Absolutely this is the firm to use.

Five years after I had my house alarm system installed it needed to be serviced, and I contacted Octagon Security in Ickenham, My initial contact was with Ben, who was very helpful, informative and advised me of the various options available, his overall approach gave me the confidence to book a service, and it was arranged that on Friday afternoon a service engineer would visit my home. I was delayed at work, and arrived home slightly later than the agreed time, only to find the Octagon engineer outside my home. Kevin the engineer tasked with sorting out my alarm system, was very polite, and knowledgeable, and taught me many things about the alarm system I have in my home that I did'nt know. I was very impressed with the all round service that Octagon provided, and would recommend them with confidence.

Brilliant service. Octagon installed a burglar alarm system in our house. They have been flawless from the first survey visit to the installation and subsequent follow ups. Very professional, customer focused, and superb communication. We had also considered a number of other, much larger security system installers with more familiar names, but felt that Octagon was really interested in solving our specific requirement instead of just selling some security kits and an annual subscription. Will recommend without hesitation.
