Poor communications.I took my computer in on Saturday and was told they would call me to give a quote for the work either later that day or Monday. Nothing. I called on Tuesday evening and was told they would would be in touch. Nothing. Went in on Thursday to get my computer back and it had been repaired. When I complained that they hadn't given me a quote, they said they had called and coudn't get through. I had no missed calls on my phone.

Recently, took my macbook to be repaired and it was done quickly on the same day. Apple told me it would take six days and cost me more than my MacBooks cost. Amazing that i have found them!

Nice guys but unfortunately my phone lost its bottom screws after being repaired, home button then broke. Went back in and told to come back when the boss was back (opening times when I'm at work). Ended up buying screws and new home button doing myself, disappointing. Get what you pay for I guess.

This is such a great shop! I will definitely visit again.

Took my laptop to them about 1.5 years ago. The person who carried out the work was a man with dreadlocks - extremely poor customer service, nobody updates you about anything and I constantly had to chase them. Sonny apparently is never there, but what are the chances when I came to the shop he magically appears. But that doesn't matter either, don't you worry, he tends to hide in the back anyway to avoid customers, so don't bother calling for him; they all pretend that he is not there. They charged me close to 300 pounds all in for apparently logicboard repair service and magsafe connector replacement. None of which was done, I had to take it back and then apparently it got fixed again - which it didn't. Gave up going back and forth in the end so just accepted the fact that the charger area still doesn't work and left it as that. Anyway, please read on if you are interested in how these crooks take advantage of people. My macbook completely failed on me a few months ago, and I took it to the Apple Store yesterday, they said that they were surprised that it had even lasted considering the job was so poorly carried out. Stickers were left on the inside, there is a thin copper wire coming out of somewhere that's not supposed to be there, the magsafe connector replacement never happened, and the area which is supposed to protect the battery from overheating has had its adhesive removed, which I was told if the battery DID overheat, then no prizes for guessing what might've happened. Considering the other reviews which I have read, they're bound to come back to me and say "it took you 1.5 years to write us a review, that's strange etc" but since they had reassured me multiple times that the laptop would be fine once I had handed the money over, I didn't bother wasting more time on this company and even go so far to write a review on them. But hey ho, look where I am now. There's simply no need to cut corners for something like this, and I was even told at the Apple Store that they have overcharged me. Goes without saying, you get what you pay for, and I wouldn't even give this 1 star if I could. Please avoid, spend a bit more and get a proper service.

Raj is one of the most honest technicians you will ever want to meet. Knowledgeable and hardworking. He didn't charge when he found no fault. Even gave me good technical advice that saved me money. Most of all his honesty.

Raj is legit. I went to him for 2nd opinion and he saved me around £200. Highly recommended. Hard to beat value and service. Now my Go to guy. No need to waste time elsewhere.

Raj is a one in a million find if you need anything done with your Apple products. He is very knowledgeable and willing to share and teach you. My nephew needed a laptop to complete his homework and off course most importantly be able to connect with his friends and play games. Raj took my Mac book pro….2010 and updated the memory battery and provided the up to date charger and my nephew has his first Apple product and is in heaven. Raj’s prices are also very competitive he is a great guy I am really please with the aftercare arrangements and will definitely use his services again. Keep up the good work Raj…. Did I forget to add, he works very quickly too so if your repair or need is urgent let him be the first person you call .

We had an emergency with a fairly new Lenovo gaming laptop that had liquid damage (spilled liquid on the keyboard) and we gave Raj a call after we saw the great reviews here. He was really busy already but he told us to bring the laptop in and he'll have a look at it. Once we got there, he immediately opened it for us to assess it and he worked on the same night on it and the day after. He recorded the whole process to show us what stopped working and what needed to be changed. We didn't know if the situation was reversible but he did manage to save the laptop and have it working like brand new. He also gave us a 3 month warranty and a great price. Amazing customer service, great skills at his job and a great person overall. Thank you Raj!

Fixed my MacBook Pro keyboard after two other repair shops said it couldn't be fixed. Saved me from having to buy a whole new keyboard. Highly recommended.
