I still have not even received a response from GAME Ealing about the status of my Halo Xbox Series X preorder therefore I've experienced betu poor level of communication. GAME Customer Service is also shockingly poor and I will never recommend my friends and family order anything from the business.

Awful store and employees. While making my purchase at the till I was asked if I had a loyalty card, to which I answered yes and was found via my postcode. I was then informed I had £35 to spend, but then rudely told I couldn’t use it due to not having my loyalist card or having downloaded the app. I was very disappointed and asked why they couldn’t make the deduction as they had already found my account. I was met with silence and shrugged shoulders. I mean why even inform me in the first place, or at least give me a chance to download the app before frantically scanning the items and taking my money.
