Having spoken to Steve on the phone before visiting, I came into the branch and had a long conversation with his colleague Charles, who happily demonstrated several models of bluetooth speaker to me. Having listened to these and then heard what similarly priced separates are capable of in comparison, I now know exactly what I'm after. Now to persuade my wife that the expenditure will be worth it! Just to say that Charles was EXCELLENT, knowledgeable and patient and that I recommend him and the team highly.

The team are very helpful and, with regards to the technicalities of a TV, are far better than your normal 'high street' stores. The TV I purchased was cheaper online and they matched and beat it no questions asked. Massive shout out to Charles and Steve for their help

My dad went into the Chiswick branch to replace his very very old remote control, the manager Michael was so helpful and gave him really good advice, highly highly recommend their services. When he initially bought the television from them, they were so helpful and considerate, a decade ago and still as good a decade on! Thanks again 😸

Bought most of my surround sound gear from this branch back in 2015, Yamaha RX-V479 AV receiver, Cambridge Audio speakers etc, staff super helpful and knowledgeable, even arranged home visit to look at my setup and suggest improvements, will be going there again to upgrade when the need arises 👍
