Nice clean shop, awesome quality range, great staff... Bought a 32GB Samsung SD there for a peach of a bargain still can't believe my luck as well though I haven't filled anywhere near halfway lol! Highly recommend.

Shocking offloading dirty and used products on customers. Just bought a SureFeed Microchip Pet Feeder which when opened had obviously been used as contained remains of dry cat food. The instructions, bowls, mat and microchip where missing. They organised a replacement which too was missing parts.

Very unpleasant experience with so called manager Ms Jhelam.Been refused exchange or return of a faulty product.Lack of customer service. The toaster was tripping and it was not shutting. I took it back after two days of use in order to exchange it not refund it ,but I faced with a very unpleasant and unprofessional manager, I therefore had to leave the store.

I went to collect two separate orders which I paid for online. I went to the fast track lane when I was served by the so called manager of Harrow branch. I didn’t receive an email for 1 of the orders so I didn’t have a order number as I explained this to him he was very unhelpful, extremely rude and started to rise his voice. It started to get embarrassing as other customers could hear him. I have no idea how he got his position as a manager as his customer service and his attitude stinks. I have never been spoken to by a member of management so badly. I never write bad reviews but as I’m so disgusted I had to comment on his behaviour.

Unprofessional staff and management, I don't think they enjoy working in there as their approach to customer service it is very disappointing. I have been refused a refund of a faulty product.

Staff at the front was very rude and impatient. Not very pleasent.

Never have what I want....I know it's lockdown but even click and collect they hardly have anything I want in stock...cant even get them delivered

Unacceptable service by the employee that was not even wearing a badge but the manager will know who she is. Complaint to head office.

Poor service. Very rude staff asked for a bag was told "30p" no its 30p sir just 30p. When I expressed how expensive that is I was told "morrisons charge 50p" my reply "is that justification for your extortionate price?" The sales assistant reply was to shrug and walk off. So argos seeing as yoyr store was empty try giving customer service training to your staff

Lack of stock at times and can be very busy but staff are helpful
