Bought a very large sofa which is fantastic. Very helpful staff in the Ealing branch. The delivery men were absolutely brilliant. They took great care carrying a heavy sofa along a path, through a narrow gate, across a lawn and down some steep steps. In the dark too! Outstanding.

Worst experience ever, never donate anything to this particular charity shop. All I wanted to do was donate a sofa to help other people, and this guys come to my place, dismount the sofa, take it out and then decide that it's not suitable for selling because of a screw they couldn't see, which might even be then who lost. And the they leave the sofa all messed up in my living room and never answer the phone again? Come on, I thought that there were supposed to be good people working for this cause.

Booked a house clearance (not free) on line 5 days ago. Message said to expect a call within 3 days to confirm the date and time. No call after 5 days. They have not answered the phone in several attempts over 2 days. I left a message but no one has called back.
