It used to be very good & my favourite earlier but NOT any more. Now they have increased prices of all items, reduced quantity of most of dishes and very few serving staff. Stopped going there anymore, there are much better other options in Southall.

I think its value and service has fallen down. I remember I had gone there 2 years back. I could see a downfall in terms of quality of service, cleanliness and taste as well. Once a famous good joint has probably given up to copitetions. I saw a lot many newer shops offering what CC used to have a near monopoly on.

Very bad experience... there is no sense of cleanliness - whether it's the table, cutlery, water jug/bottles... Event the toilet. Though the taste of food is good, but the overall experience sucks because you are tensed if the hygiene is taken care or not. Staff is also not bothered, just an apology at the end.. no ownership.

Cramped seating, starter came after mains and drinks came at the end. The food was okay but strangely we were given one small pot (3- maybe 4 teaspoons) of pickle for 6 people. The can and coke and 7up came at the end of our meal even though we asked a few times, we kept being told "it's coming", which raises some questions- the main question being why couldn't someone just go downstairs and pick a 3 cans from the fridge. Our starter came at the end so we asked to pack it , for which we were given 2 containers for 5 containers worth of food. It wasn't busy so overall a bad experience 2 stars for the edible food.
