We enjoyed our two-night visit here. Super convenient to the train station so we didn’t have to drag our luggage too far yet close to the city. Service is very good. Nicely decorated for Christmas. Rooms are comfortable. Nice linens, towels and shower as well . We would stay here again

Stunning hotel in a perfect location. Beautiful grounds, beautiful room. Bed was comfy. Shower was amazing. Managed to find a car parking space but only just. Price is £15, we left it there for 2 days. Only minor compliant is that there was no little amenities pack, containing like toothpaste etc. I think that should be expected when you are paying so much for a room. But overall amazing and would definitely return!

An old fashioned Hotel with old fashioned values that meant we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. So nice to have a room with character and a nice big bathroom. Check in at reception was easy and very pleasant, we will definitely stay here again.

Overall, the hotel is amazing with the location and cleanliness. I stayed for work purposes and couldn't complain. The food was great. However , the rooms in the Sidings aren't up to the mark. The water pressure was minimal in toilets and found cigarette butts in the nonsmoking room.

Great hotel, very convenient location right next to the train station but amazingly quiet for being that close. Easy access to city walls and city shopping. The room was well appointed, comfortable, the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner smelled great. The little snack box was a nice touch. Gorgeous staircase and convention rooms. The breakfast room was wonderful, all glass with an industrial feel. Good food and drinks, I took a pic of the lights because I would love to recreate the look.
