Great value! but staff are a little lacking or hard to find help sometimes, still always worth a look.

Purchased walking boots and poles but when we arrived home end was missing from one of the walking poles. Tried calling the store from 1.45pm through to 5.30pm (at least 12 attempts) but no answer. Now need to go back to the store in person to resolve the issue. Not very good customer service if no one will answer the phone and message keeps saying call back later.

Non comfortable layout of clothes (very high and really massive pale from front to reach any other size) Staff not helpful to find a proper size/color (ARGUING!). You haven’t a chance to see a smile on the face of the staff.

They have a big range of sports equipment. I'm always very suspicious if the prices I can't believe anyone would pay what they say was the original price of some of thier products. Lots if trainers and there is normally staff on hand to help you try them on. Good range of sportswear covering football rugby tennis cricket running cycling swimwear. Bargains can be found if you are prepared to look hard enough.

There are lots of sports clothes and shoes and balls and bats and bags and trainers and sneakers and coats and tennis balls and football shirts and footballs and rugby balls and all sorts of other sporty things like cricket gloves and football boots and tennis rackets and golf clubs. I especially like the layout of the store as it is a highly relaxing environment and quiet and I like the music. Also the escalator is handy because it would be tough if there was only stairs or another form of changing vertical displacement levels such as a ladders. As much as I like ladders, sports direct davygate does not stock ladders, but what do you expect because it is called sports direct and not ladders direct.

Bought 2 pairs of faulty trainers and they would not refund me as I had worn them, Ash the manager was as helpful as a chocolate fireguard with manners of a gnat!! The young girl who did try to help me was lovely though!! He should take a tip out of her book!!
