I'm glad to see you are installing a self-service machine in this shop as it means I won't have to deal with your rude staff anymore. Like this afternoon (22 01 20, around 3.15pm) for example, I paid for a magazine, and the girl muttered something as I took it. I asked what she'd said and she apparently was telling me to have a good day,. But because she had to repeat it, she virtually snapped my head off. I didn't mean to cause offence, I just didn't hear her in a busy station environment. I have no idea why your staff think its OK to treat customers like this. Machines at least are not rude...

I popped into the store to pick up a magazine and accidentally walked through the no entry. I was approached by a member of staff and made to leave and re-enter the store via the 'entrance' and walk around their maze, passing several customers along the way, to get back to where I started. The utter stupidity of the staff at this shop is just mind boggling. WHSmith has been added to my list of shops I will never be visiting again.
