Kennedy’s Bar & Restaurant york

Loved it here. Came about 2 months ago (November) and didn’t have anything bad to say about it. It’s one of the nicest restaurants/bars I’ve been to, to be completely honest. Amazing food, great 2for1 drinks, friendly staff. As I live in London I have a large variety of cuisine and choice but I’m thinking of making another trip up to York just to visit again haha.

Staff are accommodating. On their toes to help us get a table and communicated clearly. We've been walking around town looking for a place to eat and out of all the pubs, this was the most welcoming. Food was great. Perfect steak and chips are amazing.

Went for lunch with friends. Didn't expect the place to be so nice! The food was really really good and it was lovely to have live music. Really enjoyed it

Had the best time at Kennedy's for a Christmassy drink and food with the girls. The food was great, but the our service by Connor made the night. Went over and above his role, a real asset to the team.

We stumbled across this bar whilst searching endlessly for somewhere to rest with a seat! The staff were great and really helpful. The bar itself is beautiful and very cosy. The tea was lovely and nicely presented, we will certainly be returning in the future for a meal!

We hadn't booked. We had a group of ten and your man couldn't have done any more to accommodate and help us. Great service, food and drinks. Thank you

Long time since I'd had a burger but went for the classic cheese burger off the menu..which was excellent & we also had the Korean chicken salad again top class! Prices reasonable, great staff and good environment and dining experience! Would visit again!

Absolutely outstanding food. Pepper sauce with the chicken and chorizo kebabs is almost as good as the kebabs themselves and the chips are up there on the best list. Better yet the staff were amazing and so welcoming straight five stars just for them 👍

Very welcoming even though we only wanted to buy drinks and it was a busy Sunday lunchtime. Good deal on cocktails and excellent mojitos served.

Great atmosphere and service, but wish we'd gone elsewhere for dessert.
