After initially coming into the showroom for a browse..I was helped by Josh who gave me various options but without being pushy..always scores points with me so thanks Josh! After going away to think things through over the weekend I came back and Charlie finished the transaction. He again was friendly and helped me through the process. A great experience and would recommend these guys, including Matt.Well done and thank you!

Bit of confusion about the value of my car to trade in which was originally given by Raj over the phone but when at York dept they said they didn't know who Raj was he must work at head office and shouldn't give valuations. Good prompt service from Charlie at the York depot, although the valuation was £230 less. Charlie was very thorough. Note there was an admin fee quoted which did not appear on the advert, this was waived when I challenged it. Interesting statistic given regarding Gap insurance that 68% of accidents are somebody elses fault, I would have thought that statistic must be 50%?. Good value car.

A big thank you to Joe and Mathew, especially Joe who guided me through the process of buying a car. There were no pushy sales tactics, otherwise I would have immediately lost interest and walked away. I had a couple of concerns about the car I was interested in, which were addressed and negotiated fairly. When I asked for time to collect my thoughts, I was not pressurised into making an immediate decision, but given the respect and courtesy to go away and think about it. This earned my trust and respect in Joe. Joe has a great personality, very thoughtful, knowledgeable, and professional, and from beginning to end, did not try to push me into buying something I did not want. An excellent experience, and would definitely buy from Car Store York again.

From start to finish having set my eyes on what I wanted Shaun delivered the best service possible and did everything he could to suit my needs and budgeting.
