Stopped in, great service, had what I needed at a very reasonable price, cheaper than the USA. Watched a couple of transactions ahead of me, these guys talk and know cameras! Travelling from California, left without a side harness for my EOS SL2 / Rebel. Camera’s been bouncing off my stomach for 4 days, driving me mad! I just loved being able to find a quality store in York, thanks so much!!

worst customer service i ever experienced! Two guys behind the counter totally ignored me when I went in with my son, despite one of the customers they were dealing with asked him 4 times to serve me first, he just carried on ignoring me. boarder line on being rude! or Maybe I am Asian? Never again in that place. Certainly would not recommend it to any of my friends

Have been here a few times now as I always make a point of at least window shopping this store when I'm in York. The staff are always friendly and well informed but unfortunately never quite seem to have what it is I'm enquiring about. Either they are waiting for stock or just sold out?! It won't stop me from having a look though and generally this is a great, albeit relatively small, shop to look and purchase your camera based equipment.

Well I travelled from Newcastle to York to buy a Sigma 170 to 600 mm lens, Very helpful staff and don't jump on you're back when you enter the shop. One of the few shops that have film.

Really helpful service both on the phone and in store left my name for a item I was looking for got the call a month later went straight in and got it no problems. Only slight thing I have with it is that it is right in york city centre so getting parking near it is a nightmare unless you use one of the cities park and rides to get in but apart from that everything spot on.
