Can only agree with the reviews on here ! Quite rude man in the grubby portakabin who seriously deducted money from the quote but asked to point out the so-called blemishes couldn't find them. Then he farted in the office...yes, that's right !! Went to Arnold Clark and got over £500 more and a pleasant welcoming atmosphere. So stick Philip Schofield where the sun doesnt shine and dont waste your time

Don`t waste your time to go there. Man in the cabin is rude. He belittled me, under-valued my car. 10 years old, but low mileage, very good condition, full service history, 1 year MOT. I looked it up on the net, they are selling these types for over 1500£. He offered £280. I went speechless. Very unpleasant experience :(

Webuyanycar in a nutshell. Offer a price online then painstakingly deduct as much as possible from that initial price. I'm talking reducing the price by 50% (full service history, and looks great for 16 year old car) . Waste of everyone's time.

Sold a old car here straight forward got more than I would have done scrapping it and a lot less form filling. At the end the salesman says that I will receive a text asking me for a review and give him a score. Don't answer it costs you

Lady that dealt with me was polite but money offered for my car was insulting. It appears the online valuation doesn't properly reflect the cars age and realistic condition for mileage. For a 6 year old car, that had done 67k miles my car is in fantastic condition. I sold my car on eBay in 2 hours of advert going live for £1000 more (30%) than we buy any car offered. Suggest people try that route 1st.

Poor service. I was happy with the online price so took it to the next stage attending monks cross. I bought my car new and I keep my belongings pristine so the car was faultless. They tried to knock £1000 off the price so I asked for the justification and all the staff member could say was "I just put it in the computer and that's what it says". I'd liken we buy any car to a bunch of scammers.

Was happy with the sale. Everything was straightforward and was handled very professionally. The price I received was in line with my expectations. Maybe I could have got a higher price elsewhere, but with a lot more hassle and delay. The quick and easy sale more than made up for that. Would recommend
