First time experience of this dealer. Travelled 2 hrs to view the car, great to meet a brand enthusiast not just a salesperson. Figured out a great deal and follow up collection experience was spot on. 5 stars for Josh.

Will never use them again - always tell us we require work done that was previously completed and simply do not act in a transparent coherent or competent manner. Details fed back to the relevant manager. This was the last straw after giving them another chance (three times to address the lack of simple customer service)

The level of customer service was exemplary and exceeded my expectations. I would like to thank Louis , Joe and Pablo for their excellent customer care from start to finish.

Update to previous post: New Service Manager (Sean) has got ‘hands on’ with our case and pleased to report things have started to move in the right direction. Courtesy car delivered to work this afternoon. Still waiting on a confirmed date for return of our own car but am much more reassured that somebody at JCT York actually cares about their customers’ experience. Thanks Sean. Only given one star since none isn’t an option. Absolutely appalling customer service. Car broke down three days ago. Still under manufacturers warranty. Had to argue to get them to collect the car. Were supposed to be looking at it today but haven’t even got round to it. Had to chase for an update at 4.30 as they clearly didn’t feel a need to advise what was happening, despite assurances to the contrary when speaking with them first thing. Same for the courtesy vehicle. Looking into it at 8.30, but by 4.30 nobody has done anything about it. Still none the wiser when the car will be looked at never mind fixed; and all the while no transport. Was considering replacing the car with one of the e-Golf’s but won’t be doing so now given this debacle. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

I had the miss-fortune to have a silly car accident which I was unable to put on my car insurance, and i could only afford so much. Al and Mike in the JCT600 York Body work team were amazing by helping me get near what I could afford, whilst giving me an excellent service - Al and Mike are an asset to JCT600 and a great job was done on my car.

Outrageously good customer service - I have been dealing with Mike at the body shop with some serious damage to my car. They have repaired it flawlessly. The service has been second to none, the car was returned spotlessly clean and they cared about us being happy - I highly recommend.

Louise at York JCT600 has been an absolute pleasure to help me find a great car and very, very kind and patient. I really appreciate her efforts she has made fo help find me a car despite some particular requirements with suitability and finance. Every bit of information I have requested, she has delivered on and I really enjoyed picking my car up and the kind aftercare I have received since.

My experience from start to finish was exceptional. With the challenges surrounding businesses at the moment, it was lovely that customer service wasn’t sacrificed. As someone who is constantly working, my time is very limited and Oliver did everything he could to work around my schedule. I’m not the easiest to get on the phone so the majority of our conversations were via email which was brilliant as I’m always on the go. He was polite, informative and highly professional. I cannot thank him enough for all of his help. He even went out of his way to contact me during his weeks holiday to make sure I had everything I needed and to make himself available in case I had any questions. He is the definition of an outstanding sales executive going above and beyond. I have used the branch previously to have my car serviced and always had quality service but Oliver is not only a credit to JCT600, but to VW as a whole. I thank Oliver again for all his help and I hope his hard work is recognised and rewarded.

The service provided by JCT 600 York was first class as usual. The car was ready on time and the communication throughout the day was polite, helpful and precise. COVID precautions in the branch were excellent.
