Buying a car at Monks Cross Used Cars was an excellent experience. There was no pressure to buy or any hard selling tactics. All staff I spoke to were lovely and really helpful, which made the process of buying my first car a very easy and relaxing experience. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone!

I purchased my car from Monks Cross Used Cars. I've only had the car for a few days, but I'm happy. I believe I paid a fair price, and they presented the car to me in excellent condition (for its age/mileage). The staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. I'll remember them for next time!

I loathe buying second-hand cars but, with Monks Cross, the process was painless, efficient and swift. As soon as I got to the forecourt and met their man, Stuart, I felt at ease with a purchase and confident that should anything arise with the vehicle during the three-month warranty it will be resolved by them without difficulty. I'd go as far as to say that when I next need a second-hand car I'd go to Monks Cross first to see what they've got rather than start with the Auto-Trader search. Highly recommended.
