I had been searching the market for a BMW M135i for a few weeks, I kept coming across your typical pushy salesperson trying to force the sale. I can honestly say Brad from Auto point was a pleasure to do business with, he was honest, he did not try to force the sale at all and was very helpful! It was a nice and easy transaction and I would highly recommend Autopoint York….. The car is amazing too!

Both Brad and Geoff were very helpful when I turned up on spec to view a Mini Cooper D with no pre-booked appointment. I was unaware Sundays are usually appointment only, however Geoff was more than helpful in moving all the cars around so I could test drive the car I was interested in. It was all very professional yet relaxed, no pushy salesmen here! When I returned the week after to pay the balance and collect my car, it had a full service & valet and MOT for a full year which is excellent. Brad was very helpful and sorted my new tax out for me while in the office. The handover was all very smooth and stress free, I would recommend visiting this garage to anyone looking for a new or used car! :)

I purchased a car but unable to test drive due to COVID restrictions so l took a gamble. After the purchase my son who is in the motor trade took the car to his place of work and had a good look around the vehicle, he found a few things that needed repairing which l passed onto Steve. Within a couple of days Steve sent me a message to book the car into a local garage for the works to be done, all the repairs were carried out with no problems. I am very happy with the service l received and if l need another vehicle l will call here first. Thank you Steve and team.

We purchased our little Citroen DS3 Cabrio from Autopoint just before Christmas, and we couldn’t be happier. Steve who dealt with our purchase was friendly, helpful and not in the slightest bit pushy. Lovely chap. They pulled out the stops to get the car checked and MOTd so it could be delivered to us between Christmas and New Year. We later had it independently checked and found they had fitted new disks and pads all around, nearly an entire new exhaust system, and a front wishbone. Pretty much everything that could have been a concern with a car that age. We were blown away. We wouldn’t hesitate to visit them again when we’re next in the market for new wheels. Brought a jaguar off them the car came extremely dirty within the first 2 weeks was using loads of coolent then broke down lossof all electrics been told alternater broke phoned them up all they said to me was they couldn't help and it was my fault for not taking out extra warrenty no help at all only had the car 2 months
