My Mercedes buying experience could not have been any better really, due mainly to Abbie Levitt (Trainee Sales Executive). I can not imagine that she will be a 'trainee' for much longer as her knowledge and professionalism was absolutely spot on. If the after sale experience is anything like as good as actual sales experience, I think this will be a long and happy customer relationship! Thanks for all your help Abbie!!! Keep up the good work. Amazing Customer Service from Natassia Stilgoe at Mercedes York. Right from the start Natassia's enthusiasm, customer care and attention to detail was outstanding. Being located 250 miles away, viewing the car in person wasn't really viable, however buying the car remotely could not have been easier. Natassia filmed a walk-around and thereafter was always available to answer questions and more importantly, provide reassurance and comfort on what was, after all, a significant purchase. On the day of collection, we were picked up from the station, made to feel extremely welcome and JCT600 Group even put us up over-night before we drove the car home. Flowers, a big reveal and even a call to make sure we arrived home safely, Natassia really is a credit to the firm. All in all - first class service from Mercedes of York.

Great service, friendly staff, and very helpful from booking my vehicle for service to collection afterwards. Visited York City center (which is nearby) whilst my car was being serviced and they called to let me know when my car was ready to collect. They have a good relaxing sitting area within the showroom with complimentary tea, coffee soft drinks and TV / Business centre if you want to catch up with some work. I travel over 50 miles each way to use Mercedes York rather than my local Mercedes dealer because of their great service. My car was washed, vacuumed, checked over and ready to go. Thanks to all your staff, keep up the good work!

All your team were really helpful but Natassia Stilgoe who was my main contact was outstanding. She couldn’t have been more helpful a very professional salesperson the best I’ve dealt with in 40 plus years of buying cars. Thank you

Mercedes provided a timely and professional service in relation to completing our MOT. We were kept informed by Luke who fully explained all aspects of the work carried out.
