My Quashqia was in for service today. The people in the Service department were all excellent, and I was made very welcome. All elements of the vehicle service were explained to me, and all costs were also explained. This was an excellent example of customer service, and I will definitely be recommending Alexander's to friends and family. The car was returned to me washed and hoovered which I thought was a nice touch.

I've been waiting a year to review this garage since i had a 12 month warranty. And now yes I can say its all been good. I thought it would be expensive, since it was a dealer, but I bought a car here and got it for a fair price. And it had a 12 month warranty. Service and repair has been great too. Whenever I have brought it back they have sorted it out quickly and with no quibbles. Not quite perfect but 99% and that gets five stars from me, well done guys.

We have been looked after by Alexanders Nissan in York for more than half a dozen years. Tom Edwards has always been fantastic to us and recently sorted our fourth Nissan for us. He has never been a pushy salesman and always listens to what we need. The Service department have also proved very capable and are very accommodating and efficient. I would definitely recommend.
