Purchased my new Honda CRV a week ago. Joe has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Not pushy and happy to answer even the stupidest of questions from someone who knows nothing about cars!!! Always kept me informed of the progress of the sale either by phone or email. We decided to upgrade our eight year old CRV to a new Honda Jazz hybrid. As returning customers, we expected good service, and were not disappointed. Thinking about changing to a newer Honda and visited this dealership. We're in no hurry and happy to wait until next spring for the right deal within a 50 mile radius, if nessessary. Sales person tells me the Company Position is that they are in a premium position at the moment so no budging on the price. That's good to know - we will wait!

I just want to say thanks to Dave in the sales department for making my recent purchase of a used Honda so stress free. The car is impeccable and I am over the moon with it. He was happy to email all the documentation to me and made the whole experience as low risk for covid as possible.
