Excellent service. Fantastic showroom with great amenities and friendly staff. We had a a great experience and drove away in our new Jaguar I-Pace very satisfied. Thanks to all the staff and Adam who we dealt with throughout the process.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Most of the work was done via email and telephone. Visit to the dealership was very straight forward. I would recommend Inchcape York to anyone.

I used this company due to an engine/emissions fault on a car only 9 months old for the first time today. Unfortunately I would not recommend them and if I could have given them no stars I would. The service was appalling however the lady on reception was very helpful. When I tried to explain the service I received from Armstrong Massey Land Rover and the vast difference I had found regarding service options including delivery and collection of the vehicle the service manager was extremely dismissive and rude and said that this was purely "my opinion". I stated that I understood they were busy but I was trying to provide genuine feedback to help them as a business improve once again I was informed that was "my opinion". I even commented that I felt the service manager was being rude and he rolled his eyes and said "fine". Not what I would expect from a premium car company. I will not be purchasing any future cars from them. I should have known as when my colleagues car went in their for a service the app showed the car had been driven at length and at high speed during the time at the garage and had gone several miles! Complete abuse of a customers vehicle. It is really disappointing that such a great company can treat people so badly.

Very nice dealership, everyone we spoke to was very pleasant and polite, but I was very disappointed with the courtesy wash and vac, wheels poorly cleaned, dirty stripe down centre of roof line body cleaning very patchy.(previously owed a Lexus and this particular element was excellent, Jaguar could learn a lot ) Cost of nearly £40 to replace a rear light bulb is excessive. Despite sending an e mail containing a copy of your own fault report sheet and providing a written copy on the day, a fault we highlighted ( cabin rattle ) was not even investigated ! Apparently no one knew anything about it ! Overall very disapointed

Visited this dealer on Sunday 26th January with the specific purpose of looking at both the E and F Pace as it’s time to change my X3. Spent over half an hour having a really good look at the cars (looked at the Evoque and Velar also) and during our time there not one single member of staff acknowledged or even spoke to us. There were plenty of sales staff sitting at their desks and in the offices but all appeared too busy to want to assist customers. Call me old fashioned but after spending nearly 30 years working in luxury watch and jewellery sales, I was looking for some good, old fashioned customer service which this dealer, sadly, did not deliver! Shame really as we were really in the mood for a car purchase. On the other hand, Audi were exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to make it a great shopping experience.

5 star service, bought an approved 2016 XF a month ago from Jaguar York, absolutely delighted with the car. Looks the part and drives like a dream. Fantastic service from Tom Maude in Sales, friendly, personable and very professional with the transaction. Credit to the business manager on the handover as well who explained everything well. I believe I got a fair deal for the car, trade in etc and would highly recommend Inchcape Jaguar York to others. Look forward to visiting again in the future. Kindest regards

From the very first phonecall to the last we received excellent service from Andrew Brooke of this dealership. He was friendly, informative, willing to go the extra mile and professional at all times. If you are looking for a Jaguar/ Land Rover I would urge you to make a call to Inchcape and speak to Andrew. Only interested in getting the sale once deal goes through they could Not care less. I would not recommend you visit this dealership I have purchased several new cars recently and have always received a call a few days later to check all Is ok this dealership does nothing. Cant be bothered When things that should work at handover don’t just get told it may work in a few weeks but the issue was Easily sorted myself after a couple of emails to the right people If I could do it why couldn’t they

Tim was the main person I was dealing with and was very helpful start to finish. If he was ever unavailable he always made sure someone else knew what was going on if I needed to get in touch. Everyone else I encountered were also friendly and helpful too. 5 star service!
