Joyce is fantastic, she always seems to have enough time for each of you to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly. I feel a lot better health wise since starting the classes. She makes exercise enjoyable and I am now fully converted to Pilates. Thoroughly recommend.

5/ 5

Joyce is an exceptional Pilates Tutor, she is so easy to get on with and very attentive to your specific needs. Her classes are small and very friendly and run in excellent venues. I have been to most of these over the years and I am prepared to drive 8 miles to attend her class when I could go more locally. Not all pilates classes are as good as this one! Worth every penny, never boring as the classes are different every week so over a term your whole body gets worked out. You feel fantastic afterwards.

5/ 5

I have been going to Walktall Pilates classes for over a year now, and I very much enjoy the sessions (I even get upset when I have to miss one!). Joyce makes the sessions interesting and fun - no two sessions are ever the same. She pays a lot of attention to any specific needs of individuals, which is possible because the classes are small. I get great benefits out of the Pilates sessions - I feel calmer, relaxed, and my body gets stronger and stronger. And to top it all: I waved my lower back pain good bye a few months back! Result ;-)

I have been attending Advanced PIlates Classes at the Wellspring Centre for around 5 years now. I started pilates to help with a couple of prolapsed discs in my lower spine. Joyce pays close attention to your individual needs whilst still teaching a whole class. I have not had a spasm in my lower back for years (touch wood!) and a very large part of that is due to the work that Joyce has done with me. My core is stronger, my hamstrings looser, i'm more flexible and always feel so much better walking out of the class than when I walked in. I was sceptical before I began, but no longer. Don't think about it.... do it!
