As a therapist I love working from the Alma Vale Centre and feel very inspired working alongside other fantastic therapists. There is a wonderful team spirit and we all work together to bring the best out in our clients. I've also had the pleasure of being treated by Cath Mowbray when my back was so bad I was unable to massage and her fantastic expertise helped me immensely. I highly recommend the Alma Vale Centre as a place to work and as a place to seek highly skilled and well trained therapists.

Jill Glover has worked her magic after dislocating my collar bone in a biking accident last year. Acupuncture has helped heal the tendons and ligaments allowing me to get back on my bike and racing again this year. Jill's expertise and professionalism supported me through the recovery. Highly recommended.

5/ 5

I’ve suffered with severe menstrual pain for many years and after a recent diagnosis of endometriosis a friend recommended I see Jill. After just a few sessions I’m already seeing a reduction in pain which I never thought possible and this has had a huge impact on my quality of life. Jill couples acupuncture with Chinese herbs and I’d urge anybody who is living with pain impacting your day to day life to book an appointment! Not only is Jill reducing my pain she is also very knowledgeable in regards to fertility and has provided me with a lot of information and advice on supplements, diet, tests to request with my GP amongst other things which I’ve found extremely useful and encouraging when I’ve needed it most

I have seen Julie fairly regularly since September 2018 and would highly recommend. She is always very professional, friendly and a very good listener! I always feel relaxed and like a huge weight has been lifted when I leave the session. Julie is very knowledgeable about fertility, and I honestly believe that she is one of the main reasons why I finally managed to become pregnant naturally after 3 failed IVF cycles. I then saw her throughout my pregnancy, and have continued since. Thank you for all your help Julie and our little miracle Eli x

I contacted Jill after struggling to conceive due to PCOS. Jill is amazing at her job and very knowledgeable. Infact, I believe she helped me conceive after I had been trying for 2 years. Jill also provides support tablets/herbs to suit your needs, I really do think they helped me get to the safe zone of 12 weeks. Not only has Jill helped me conceive, but she has also checked up on me during my pregnancy! Highly recommend, Will definitely be returning and especially when I’m ready to conceive number 2!! Procedures and very relaxing and calming!!
