An excellent gym, with a friendly atmosphere. It has undergone a great refurbishment and the re-opening since CV-19 lockdown has been extremely well managed to ensure members are able to work out in a clean and safe environment with total peace of mind.

This place is full of potential and they could easily increase revenue if they just improved the basics. The facility is definitely in need of some TLC and a deep clean wouldn't go a miss! It's pretty dirty which is the main reason I won't be returning. Such a shame as it could be brilliant with a little love an care.
