5/ 5

I've been going to Vital Pilates for years now and have done equipment and mat work classes. Elena and the other teachers there are great and I constantly feel challenged. I've definitely noticed a difference in my core strength and strength in general since I've been going. I would highly recommend the classes there.

Having suffered years of lower back pain, sometimes very severe, I signed up for weekly, hour long sessions, at Vital Pilates one year ago. I love the classes. Firstly the room is lovely, light, warm and airy, on the top floor of a Victorian House. The instructor, Elena, is very attentive and varies the content of the exercises so it always stays fresh. The classes, though rigorous re working the muscles of the lower back, spine and pelvis etc are very therapeutic and relaxing and my body feels great afterwards. The biggest plus for me is that since starting pilates I have not suffered any of the debilitating back problems that have dominated my life since the birth of my two children.
