For the lockdown which started mid March, money still got taken out of my account mid March. I understand that they can/could credit this back. I ended up cancelling my contract at the end of the year (2020) as I was advised this was the only way to get a refund. Despite freezing in time at all points and not using the gym, money still went out also in October and Dec 2020. I got refunded the October and December amount but not the March amount. Why is this? On trying to rejoin currently online, it’s either the core or plus option. What happened to the core plus the multi gym as a bolt on (available at barrow road but not brislington) Communicating is a nightmare - only via messaging on FB or Twitter, lots of to and fro with no clear understanding

Absolutely sick gym! Nice weights, nice machines, sick cable machines and plenty of space to workout in. It has a nice atmosphere to it. They play good music as well and as you go up the stairs the music gets louder. I feel so lucky to have a gym like this nearby to where I live. 👍💪
