Timber Windows of Hampstead & Highgate london

After getting a few quotes from other vendors, we decided to go with Timber Windows because of how much we liked Steve (and the product looked like great quality in the store) and are so happy we did. Steve is excellent with customer support and held our hand along the way. We have a gorgeous, great quality double glazed sash window for the front of our North London flat. Now we are thinking to buy a door as well! Great family run company.

I cannot say enough good things about Steve and his team at Timber windows of HIghgate. My wife and I found Steve and his highly skilled team have completely restored our faith in traditional crafmanship and service. We had 7 window completely replaced in our Edwardian property in Muswell Hill and couldn’t be happier.

I just had 6 of my original sash windows replaced with Roseview uPVC sash windows. Steve & team were amazing from start to finish. They had the windows available in their showroom so I could see what they would like, Steve walked me through the order form a couple of times and gave me the colour samples to take home so I could confirm which colour would match what was coming out. I was so nervous about pulling out the original sash windows but they were past it. I didn't need to be so nervous, they've gone in and look amazing, I can't tell they aren't wood and they have kept the period feel of the property. The team who installed the windows were lovely and did a super job of installing them. They even saved the small coloured glass pieces from the original ones for me, honestly felt like nothing was too much trouble. My house is so much warmer now! I'll definitely be back to get the door and other 2 sash windows done next year! Plus - Steve's dog is the cutest reason to visit the shop! Thank you :-) Reanna

I cannot recommend Timer Windows enough. We ordered two patio doors from them, which are absolutely beautiful and of great quality. I have had so many comments. Steve and his team are a pleasure to deal with. They expertly installed the doors, were very reliable and knowledgeable and offered great after service after the installation as well.

We’ve just had our fourth installation of windows from Steve and his team (two sets at a previous property and two sets at our current house). On every occasion he’s listened carefully to what we needed, and his fitting staff are all courteous and efficient. I absolutely love the window designs, which are elegant and fit perfectly into our Edwardian house, as well as being high quality. Strongly recommend.

Steve and his team did a very professional job installing our windows, and the house has been transformed since we have finally moved on from the draughty original sashes. As a product, Timber Windows are much superior to a couple I had installed by another company. Aftercare has been great, including recent assistance when I foolishly bought a sofa too big to go through the door, necessitating temporary removal of the sashes to get it in...there's a reason Steve's installed windows in every house in the neighbourhood...

Poor service. My sash windows were installed by sub-contractors and were manufactured 3-5 mm too big. I can't lock the windows. 15 months after installation and after 3 engineer visits, I'm still waiting for a resolution.

Very rude and unhelpful when I phoned requesting help with a quote.
