Bunch of Cowboys with questionable trading practises Wish I could give them 0 stars, terrible company, most of the 5 star reviews above are probably fake, I paid almost £2000 for a Front door, with an alleged 10 year guarantee, within 5 years the outer skin of door was already peeling and falling apart, called them, they quoted over £600 to change the skin, the reason the gave was that the company I bought from had gone into receivership and they are new company, which is rubbish as it is still the same directors and people, they probablt do this to avaoid there obligations Attached are Internal and external photos of the door, for an external door, it has not been treated to cope with the elements. In typical fashion, they accept no liability and blame the buyer , despite the fact that the door was installed by themselves and they worked extensivelly with my builders on the layout and desgin prior to installation. Key point is that they do not stand by their product and any company that does this in my book should be avoided. As an aside roughly at the same time we installed a standard wickes external back door for less than £200, approximately 1/10th the price of their door and that is still in perfect condition after yeras of being exposed to the elements. These guys are shamefully and are giving similar Businesses a bad name Never again

I have waited 2, yes TWO YEARS for my door. No response. They don't answer my calls, respond to my emails. Taken my money upfront. Appalled. Others have received the same experiecnce so clearly not a 'one-off'. AVOID

In response to the review below we would like to give our side of the story: Every customer who purchases a door from us receives a detailed quotation specifying what is included within the price. Our quotations clearly state "the price does not include making good, plastering and/or decorating". Once we fitted this customers door, she was surprised to learn that we were not going to return to make good. Whilst we do our utmost to make sure that all our customers are satisfied with their fittings, we are a business and are unable to carry out work free of charge. We will happily give a quote for this work should we be asked, but as door fitters we do recommend that a decorator would be more suitable to carry out this work once the concrete has completely dried. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Four months and £3,000 later, we were treated to a hastily put together "frame". Two planks, badly assembled, and chaos all around. When we complained about the state of the frame, their response was that they "do not make good". If you think you would be happy with the result, go ahead and order from them. They seem to think it's not their issue and are "very happy" with the service they provide. They insisted we pay in advance and we have regretted every single penny.
