Great location and great staff / service especially at breakfast and the bar. Negatives are somewhat small room sizes plus a rather annoying requirement to constantly move the car after 11.30am...not conducive to planning the day out

We stayed in their 'townhouse' with my sister's family which provided a beautiful, tasteful self- catering experience. With small amounts of all the essentials (washing tabs, dishwasher tabs, washing up liquid, clipper organic tea, coffee pods(nespresso), milk, fruit, shower gel, shampoo and more) there for us when we arrived. The bedrooms were huuuge, lots of space for cousins to run around together. Everything was beautifully presented but also very child friendly. Would definitely highly recommend! And the location is fantastic with instant access to the seafront and the town.

Fabulous stay at The Kingswood Hotel. From arrival, staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming to myself and my dog Blue, who was greeted with a gravy bone. The room was very well equipped with little touches and the bed was amazing. Very comfortable and the room was quiet apart from seagulls but when you’re at the seaside what do you expect 😆. Tv iron hairdryer. All you need. Great electric points near bed and ample lighting for the room and bathroom. My only minor was the room could do with blinds as was very slightly over looked and I didn’t want curtains drawn and maybe an extra towel as I like one for hair and body but I’m sure they would have provided an extra if I’d asked. Breakfast choice was plentiful and suits everyone and that was very tasty and filling for the day of coastal walking. Car park near by was £12 for 24 hours as hotel was full but street parking probably available too. Beach very small for dog but coastal path made up for that. Overall great location, great hotel and will definitely thoroughly recommend and return.

Really good from start to finish. Excellent choice of well cooked food for breakfast and dinner. Room and bed were clean and comfortable. Ideal position on sea front. Plenty of room in the guest lounges. No complaints or concerns at all.
