Excellent views and close to the famous docks. Our first room had an issue where the fire alarm kept going off and the staff moved us rooms which was good of them. Breakfast is a little hit and miss. Wouldn't recommend the hot food but the continental is good quality.

From the moment of check in, Reception staff were smiling, very helpful and welcoming. The rooms cleanliness was immaculate and had everything you could possibly need. Breakfast was delicious, again with helpful staff and polite and welcoming. Sad to be leaving after a 2 night stay, but we will definitely be coming back after our Baby is born, as the location is right in the middle of everything that's available in the Albert Docks. A wonderful stay, just wish we had more time to spend here.

Nice place to stay. They are suites not hotel rooms. Have just been refurbished and are willing to listen to your comments. I would really consider going back there again if I was in Liverpool.
