Good stay here, it's very central, with clean and comfortable rooms. Ideally located for everything, close to the city centre, shopping, the bars and a short walk down from central station. A good level of comfort for a reasonable price.

Whilst here my daughter was unwell on our second evening. At about 9pm she was sick all over the bathroom to the point where there was no way I could clean it. I went to the reception and explained what had happened. They moved us to another room straight away. Without question. Flippin brilliant. This was also in half term holiday when the city was really busy. Would give 10 stars if I could. Thanks

We stayed here for 2 nights (Saturday to Monday). We were hoping to check in early at 2pm but unfortunately there were no rooms ready so we couldn’t (which tbf check in is meant to be 4pm but thought we’d chance it). They did allow us to leave our bags which was handy. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfy. Lighting in the room (for makeup) was better than a lot of hotels but still not amazing. The shower was really nice and they provide you with shower gel too. It was a little loud at points as you could hear people on the corridor and the slamming of doors but unless they completely sound proof the room this probably can’t be avoided. The air con also wasn’t the best but it did the job. We didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment on that but would say that all of the staff we met were really friendly and super helpful too
