Fabulous hotel in the city centre of Liverpool, close enough that everything is in walking distance but in more quiet area which is perfect for night time. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly and the complimentary mini bar was just the icing on the cake. They had a wonderful continental and hot selection for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Adore this hotel the staff are amazing! The rooms beautiful as clean very quiet! The food I have to say was poor I had a sandwich which was cold and didn't look like Marco Pierre's standard. It was taken off my bill. Everything else perfect

Central location,close to waterfront. Rather a non-descript building from the outside, but nice on the inside. Super friendly reception and simple process to check in. Room a little small, but spotless and the shower was fantastic. Breakfast pretty good too, with waiter service for hot food. I'd recommend and revisit. Only doesn't make the five star because the rooms were a touch small.

Absolutely loved this hotel. I couldn’t fault it in anything. The room was the cleanest I’ve ever seen, it’s spacious, has a really nice bathroom with waterfall shower, nice size tv in room, hotel staff really friendly, a nice restaurant with excellent food and good and attentive customer service. Will definitely be coming back next time I’m in Liverpool

Very nice and modern hotel, friendly staff. Modern facilities such as smart-TV and new style shower. Great location in between riverfront and Liverpool city center.

Had an enjoyable stay here recently. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was modern and of a decent size. I couldn't hear a peep from anyone once I'd got into the room. The bar was well stocked and again, fantastic staff who were more than happy to make recommendations. I would certainly visit again and recommend to anyone wishing to stay in the city centre.

Had a 2 night stay here this week. Staff were excellent. Very friendly and caring. Room very clean and spacious. Modern decor. Great atmosphere. Hotel within walking distance of all main attractions. Very close to the Liver building Albert Dock the Cavern and city centre.Highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel, near the dock and central to everything. Really nicely decorated and rooms adequate for needs. Probably the strongest power shower ever, loved it. Disappointed that room service was two hrs late @2.00am, missing items, but was too tired to eat anyway. Over pleasant experience

Very comfortable room with a lovely ensuite and excellent toiletries. The breakfast was amazing, delicious, freshly cooked food. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Julie who served us a delicious breakfast!! Would definitely come back again.

Overnight stay at a bargain price. Gorgeous hotel, comfy beds, really good breakfast included in the price. Staff friendly and efficient, particularly the ones doing the breakfast service. Would stay here again.
