5/ 5

Fabulous hotel in the city centre of Liverpool, close enough that everything is in walking distance but in more quiet area which is perfect for night time. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly and the complimentary mini bar was just the icing on the cake. They had a wonderful continental and hot selection for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Adore this hotel the staff are amazing! The rooms beautiful as clean very quiet! The food I have to say was poor I had a sandwich which was cold and didn't look like Marco Pierre's standard. It was taken off my bill. Everything else perfect

Central location, close to waterfront. Rather a non-descript building from the outside, but nice on the inside. Super friendly reception and simple process to check in. Room a little small, but spotless and the shower was fantastic. Breakfast pretty good too, with waiter service for hot food. I'd recommend and revisit. Only doesn't make the five star because the rooms were a touch small.

Absolutely loved this hotel. I couldn’t fault it in anything. The room was the cleanest I’ve ever seen, it’s spacious, has a really nice bathroom with waterfall shower, nice size tv in room, hotel staff really friendly, a nice restaurant with excellent food and good and attentive customer service. Will definitely be coming back next time I’m in Liverpool
