Undeniably strategic location. It is next to the metro station besides being near to Albert Dock and Liverpool One. Numerous restaurants at the walking distance. However, the cleanliness need to be improved. There are white powder on the bed and the carpet feels filthy as well probably due to its recent renovation. The sound insulation is quite bad. I can hear noises from the corridor and people's talking especially at the midnight. It really is just a 3-star hotel

Rooms were fine clean and very acceptable for the price. Good location and everything you need on your doorstep

Very good value for money -- part of our room price included a large discount to park my car at Liverpool One -- we also were given a ticket for a free drink per person in their bar -- but if you just want a drink in peace -- better NOT to go at meal times.

The family room was great. Better than we were expecting. Clean towels every day. Could not fault it. Breakfast though I would swerve definitely needs major improvements. But the hotel is central to liverpool and is rite next to James Street station. Great location

We had a Brilliant stay, food at breakfast was lovely good choice. Sebastian at the bar was fantastic, staff very attentive and friendly. Location is fantastic and within walking distance to all locations

Such a nice hotel rooms very comfortable, excellent cleaning staff and the staff through out hotel was top class they could not do enough for you to make sure our stay was enjoyable

Great hotel

The hotel is perfectly located in a walking distance from all the major Liverpool landmarks and city center. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room comfortable and clean.

Clean rooms, nice food and bar staff were happy and helpful.
