Starbucks Coffee manchester

The best Starbucks in town- large window with amazing view, comfy couches. It's often busy and there are no free seats... Perhaps something that they can improve on is that I order customised coffee but I think some staff are so used to the usual coffees that they forget to add the extra bits that I ordered.

Great Coffee. Good Service. Sadly very dirty and unhygienic inside. It seems a lot of Starbucks are not keeping up with cleaning there stores not just this one

Excellent location. BUT very late .. Staff. It normally takes more than 10 minutes just to order & more waiting after ordering even though there is not a queue and the place doesn't seem to be the busiest.

Recently wife and I were having a coffee at this branch of Starbucks, when two men entered, walked past the other customers and then started very aggressively shouting at us in a foreign language. One of the men was shouting at a distance of no more than 12 inches from my face We were frightened not only because the men were so aggressive but also, even though it was obvious what was going on, none of the Starbucks’ staff or customers came to our assistance. In particular, there were at least four Starbucks staff on duty at the time, who were totally uninterested in our plight. none of whom made any attempt to approach the men or call the police. This sustained verbal abuse continued for about 5 minutes, during which I asked the men to go away many times. When eventually they left us alone and walked out of the coffee shop, I noticed that the men had stolen my wife’s mobile phone. I am sure that we were targeted by a professionals who chose us because we were older than most of the Starbucks’ customers and thus likely to put up less resistance Also, the way that they acted in an aggressive manner towards us as a decoy to steal my wife’s mobile phone convinced me that they had done this many times before I believe that the thieves chose this Starbucks branch because of its open layout and that they knew Starbucks staff would do very little to challenge them. I will NEVER set foot in this branch again. I previous visits I have noticed customers being harassed by aggressive beggars which the Starbucks staff do nothing to prevent. Updated (9/4/2018) Since my original email I have just been informed that Starbucks refused to hand over CCTV footage to the police allowing them to investigate this incident. It gets even worse !!!

On this day, the order I made was handled promptly. This place seems to always to be kept clean. Usually busy which I suppose is a good sign. A bit of an irony is I'm eating in or taking away when seating and space is so limited space for seating that usually there is no choice. It's good that the staff have followed guidelines regarding wearing masks (as different to most places surrounding), even thought I imagine some may quibble about and not agree. It caters to any with concerns about the rising infection rates.

I love Starbucks new design. Have you guys seen the R and the ⭐️ it looks very modern. I love my Flat whites at Starbucks, and the cold drinks. The staff are all well trained, and very professional. Being a metropolitan area is definitely a quick trip to get your coffee in the morning. Thank you Starbucks

Had cuppa but nothing special. Place a little tired aesthetically. Toilets according to the schedule had not been checked since Saturday before, signed LH and that was the only signature on whole sheet, no date either, and the worse thing it needed checking. Must admit I would not visit again.
