Starbucks Coffee manchester

Nice place. Upstairs is nice but tables are small. Downstairs has a low ceiling but nice tables. Staff are really nice

It's an extremely small Starbucks. They have a basement area with additional seating but the stairs are very precarious and thin - if someone is coming up when you're going down, there is going to be a jam! It used to be a lot more atmospheric before they refurbished. Downstairs had ample seating but this has been replaced with an open-plan area which doesn't feel as welcoming.

Coffee fine. New refurb? Soulless and generic. Lost all the comfort and charm.

The coffee is nice. But the tables and chairs are too tightly packed together. Kind of takes away from the relaxing coffee I was wanting.

Always great service and staff with this Starbucks. Wouldn't go to any other.

The Starbucks is decent but watching the struggle people have with the toilet literally every time I go in ruines the vibe. I spend more time going to tell people they have to go upstairs to get the code than I do having coffee. There could really be a sign on the doors explaining this.

Floor, tables are NOT clean. Slow service although the lady was nice tbh.

On a hot day, you know the air con is going to be on! Ideally located for going to Print works and Arndale centre.

Staff are kind of slow, outdoor seating!
