Love this place there's one in Tesco near me Burnage and every time I go in shopping I usually stop for a coffee staff are so friendly sometimes I get food on half price offers

Great place to socialise, but I arranged to have a quiet chocolate with my husband and we had to leave early because of screaming kids. Having said that it is family friendly. The main problem for me being disabled is that it is difficult to get upstairs to the toilet.

It's okay. Standard Costa stuff. Meets a minimum standard but doesn't blow you away

Really like sitting upstairs with other people chilling, reading and having a coffee. The service is prompt and the coffee is always right. Very good location and warm inviting chairs.

Beautiful blonde woman served me, and completely made my day.... I think her name was faye. Definitely go there again. Brilliant customer service.

I went to drop my nespresso pods off for recycling. The team didn't seem to know anything about the scheme and when I asked for a replacement bag they didn't know what I was talking about. I actually found them myself dumped at the back of a display not in view for people to pick up. I think the recycling scheme is great but not if the staff dont know about it. Also, I was not very convinced that they were doing anything with the pods other than putting them in the regular rubbish - although its just a hunch, I have no evidence for this!

Good location, friendly and helpful staff but needs an update.

It's very good food and drink the staff are very good clean and tidy
