Just what we needed for a hen party. We had travelled a long way to come here and we weren't disappointed. The staff were friendly, the rooms were better than expected and the apartment was very clean. I haven't given this 5 star because they claim to have a kitchen. We were a large group and had ordered a food delivery for us to cook and eat on our first night...turns out there was no oven, no hob. Just a microwave and a tiny little grill thing that couldn't even grill bacon. It was basically a room with a Friday, kettle and sink.

You will honestly not find a more appalling place than this. I paid a £250.00 deposit over a year ago which has been held by the hotel and was told it could only be transferred to a future booking. For 3 months now I’ve been trying to re book my deposit for December, I have emailed 24 times, rang numerous times to no answer just to be sat on hold for 40 minutes and my emails to never be answered. They simply couldn’t care less now they’ve got your money. Absolutely disgusting

The ladies I originally booked with were helpful and professional but when I HAD to rebook due to covid (when they refused to give me a refund) I have never dealt with anyone so rude and unwilling to do their job. Not looking forward to my hen party at all would much rather have been refunded and booked elsewhere.

Haven't stayed here yet as they are not replying to emails and phone calls relating to rearranging our Hen Party from last year. If we could, we would get our money back. Not advisable to book this place if want to book a stress free event!!!!
