Rubbish location and parking limited also delivery of special or signed parcels 2 now with good over £100 have not been delivered signature online is faked as not the corrected one of the recipient ring up you complain all they say we asked our delivery driver and said they delivered even though had proof both times know one was at home

Friendly staff. Great to have a laugh with. Parking is easy, the road is a bit pants but hardly their fault.

While it's not the easiest place to get to and park up I'd rather my post ended up here for me to collect if I'm out than finding parcels dumped in bins or left outside by Hermes et al .

No details given of where my parcel was held. office rarely open, apart from times where customers are at work. w

I can’t wax lyrical about this place . I dread coming home and finding a card telling me I missed a delivery! Why ? Because I know I have to drive up that awful road and try and find somewhere to park . Even when I get parked I can’t use my wheelchair because there’s no room and they forgot to drop the kerb at the main entrance . The path to the office is fine and the staff are brilliant but the location for joe public is a nightmare!!

Staff are friendly, work really hard especially behind the scenes. People need to remember the office has the whole of Aireborough to deal with not just a handful of people. The road and parking need to be improved but that's not their fault.

They do a wonderful service. Always pleasant and cheerful and go 110% to resolve any issues

Worst delivery staff ever who can't be bother to do they job properly. They should all be sacked and replace by people who want to work.

Parking awful road dire. Staff great just rather not have to pick up mail. I was home door open postie put 2 letters on carpet plus a card. Door open we're home press doorbell. Not rocket science is it really? Annoying now I have to go collect.
