Absolutely disgusting to close for industrial action on the week before Christmas. Normally a fantastic service here but I am deeply disappointed in your decision to close at this time of year. I would chose not to return if you were not my most convenient. You should feel ashamed. There were many people who have clearly travelled by public transport to access your services who couldn't just drive to another location to find you were shut for 2 hours. I am all for standing up for rights but not at the detriment of the people you are meant to be serving.

Want to call Pudsey Post office? You've no chance! No direct line number advertised - just a generic 0843 Post Office number with an automated voice ... !!! You'd best be calling Woodhall Park or Farsley if you actually want to speak to a helpful person!!!

Went in today to renew my driving licence after reading a review on here that it was all sorted in 10 minutes. Queued to be told that I need to go back to the photo booth and have a photo taken costing £6 and withdrew the cash from the counter machine; joined the queue again only to be asked if I had filled in the DVLA renewal form, so went away and filled it in and joined the queue again, this time told that the licence could be renewed here in less than 10 minutes digitally so I had wasted £6 on photos, and did'nt need the form; after a further 20 mins waiting was told that the machine was not working and to come back tomorrow or go to Bramley Post Office. Total time in Post Office 1h 15m. Even worse left my brolly in the photo booth, where I did'nt need to go, and someone swiped it so got a good soaking on the way back to the car. Went to Bramley Post Office and renewed the licence in 5-10 mins. Won't be using Pudsey again.

Never more than one person on at lunchtime, so long and very slow queues. Limited opening hours so not suitable for those working. Have given up trying and either use Collect+ or drive to the little post office and convenience store at Woodhall Park
