Went today to post a letter, and whilst standing in the queue I asked my son to get me a health lottery card which was on a stand near the door. The mangeress shouted across to him, don't you dare take any of those! He was quite upset as it was me who asked for it!

Appalling level of service lazy untrained member of staff telling me to go print a returns label at max spielman's as she couldnt be bothered to print it on her machine what a disgrace and waste of my time she never apologised ill take my business elsewhere and complain to management 😔
