very very bad service, I advise all not to go to them

Very outdated post office. The female staff member is very rude and lacks customer service skills. I ended up going to the Post Office inside WH Smith inside Broadway shopping centre!!!!

Staffs are very rude with customers, it's like begging something from them, like forcing them to give a good customer service, we are paying for it aren't we? None of the staff talk nicely with customers including manager.very unhappy with their service, inexperienced and very unprofessional, made me wait for simple question I have asked them if they do documents identification service or not and had to pay another £1 for the parking.shame

Quick service with no problems. I can see that this post office only having 3 places at the counter may get busy but for me no problems and friendly staff.

Unbelievable Attitude - Arrogant - Bully - Intimidating - very Poor customer service - wish they read all the comments from customers on their level of service. I was intimidated in front of all the customers to cover their mistake! And also asked to pay twice for their mistake! Member of staff knew they have made a mistake but oh my God THE BOSS with a chip on his shoulder was even very very horrible and intimidating to the staff in front of all the customers. Simply Unbelievable and completely un professional behaviour! Hope their head office will look into my official complaint and teach them some basic customer service skills!!!

Very very rude! AVOID AVOID AVOID!! These people do not know how to speak to customers, Full of attitude! They look all miserable like they've been forced to work. Completely arrogant, and very poor customer service. Would have given 0 stars but there wasn't an option!!!
