Decent property for Lettings, but the agency struggles with communication and time efficiency. We had to wait nearly a week for viewings, and were constantly reaching out to the realtor. In the end, the realtor chose not to respond to an offer on a property and we chose something else. Who you deal with likely makes all the difference.

Craig and Shirley were professional, helpful and honest throughout the whole process. They managed our expectations extremely well, I would 100% recommend them.

The service we received from Shirley and Craig in Hatch End was second to none. They chased offers, arranged many viewings in a slow market, liaised with solicitors, and were very proactive on our behalf. Craig in particular was very attentive, even going in to measure furniture at one point for us!! The friendly service and professional advice throughout was invaluable. Thanks to all the team in the Hatch End office, they were the best and most honest estate agents I've ever dealt with.

one of the most inhumane real estate agents , they collected my family details including children and showed properties to us . The letting Agent - Harriet showed us 2 properties in Dover Park , Pinner and we are ready to take one of them immediate , went down to their pinner office with my children to sign the papers, but my children were excited in seeing the Christmas tree in the office and wanted to touch it which created a situation there . They gave me a paper form to complete to leave the place immediately and I asked him if there was E form but the representative - Danny responded that he doesn't have one , after that I emailed them back with a copy and put down the offer . They said the owner is abroad and they have to contact him about the offer ,gave it a day ringed them back again to check . Still got the same answer owner in abroad and they didn't have a contact number to reach and if i was willing to take some other properties then i should go ahead or I have to wait , next day emailed them again and they responded with a story that owner is talking to his wife about the property , they dodged the offer application for 3 days and finally came back saying its unavailable since the property cannot have 3 year old toddler and 14 months old infant . I think they had discriminated us and finally after 3 to 4 days came back with a reason that landlord didn't accept the offer with some lame reason that children are not allowed which i was never told as a condition before . I had also checked another apartment which was ready to occupy , which i had checked with letting Agent - Harriet , she first confirmed it was available and then suddenly changed the response that it is no longer available too . Clear Discrimination of people by the Agents , there is no point in having a christmas tree as a showcase in office , its all about sharing with people and celebration and not with only certain color of people .

Danny and Harriet have been a joy to work with. Very professional, efficient and personable. Got the desired outcome in the timeframe we required. Danny was able to make the necessary adjustments following some unforeseen circumstances which was highly appreciated. Thanks from I&A.
