Very professional and honest We purchased a house via Chase Buchanan, Twickenham branch. Myles Moloney was our agent and was very helpful and prompt to revert with information at each stage of the purchase process. He also was very good at Co-ordinating between solicitors and the sellers, and ensured that the exchange process sailed smoothly.

They did a good job selling our last house in Twickenham 23 years ago, so they were our first choice when we wanted to sell our house in Strawberry Hill earlier this year. Both Myles and Kristian were very helpful and professional. They found us a buyer quickly and the sale process went through without a hitch.

My experiences with Chase Buchanan on York street have been great right from the start of my engagement with them. In the very beginning, from the detail they were interested i , i could tell the objectivity with which they would have approach the task. I have found Myles to be very responsive as well as proactive in progressing matters. I can not recall a cancelled appointment from their end, and any reluctance in being flexible. The most heartening bit in my experience with Myles is that he was always there, not only to answer your questions, but also to guide you in so many different ways. I really think Myles goes 'over and beyond' in making the time and paying attention to what you need. I am really grateful to Chase Buchanan for helping me through the process and now after completion as well.
