I would like to say Thank you to Michelle and team at Lakin & Co for the fantastic support and service provided. I had been to all agents on the High Street before I come across Lakin & Co and I hadn't even had a call back from any of the previous agents. Michelle and team were absolutely amazing they helped me with everything that I needed from day one. I am a single parent working part time and I was homeless for nearly two years and finally I have somewhere that myself and my children can call home. Thank you so much for your support, advice and help! I deeply recommend Lakin & Co for fantastic quick service!

The service provided by Lakin & Co when helping us to rent our first flat was exceptional. They were always there to help us and kept up to date on paperwork and references, etc so that we had a smooth experience and were in our new flat within a week and a half of viewing it! Could not fault them! Everyone we spoke to from Lakin & Co were very professional and committed to their job, especially Katie who was there every step of the way. This made it so much easier and comfortable for us who had not dealt with letting agents before. Would definitely recommend!

They say selling your home is the most stressful time but this was far from our experience thanks to Lakin & Co Estate Agents. We were provided with the best service we could have asked for. Chris and Molly were extremely helpful and efficient from start to finish. They were happy to assist at all times and helped us every step of the way. We highly recommend their services.

I was quite impressed by this estate agent and how professional they were. It took a bit of time to find the right tenants for us, but are very happy with the ones they eventually found for us. Managed to achieve a rent very close to the asking price. We had excellent support during the process of preparing the house for the tenants and paperwork. We were also impressed that they work really long hours and are very committed. Can only recommend and would definitely entrust them with my property again rather than the larger estate agents on the high street.

Where do i start.... I have two flats with Lakin & Co which they fully manage currently from the time i purchased them back in 2010. I have never once had any issues renting them out or had any problems with any of the flats, until recently where my flat had a water leak from one of the Flats above, the Tenants contacted Lakin & Co and in turn they contacted the Property Management company who were not of any help and brushed it off, saying you would need to call a plumber even though it was stressed to them that the water was coming through the light fittings and the sockets and no one could source the leak. Only the quick thinking from Alanna Moore (Management team) for calling in the Fire services saved all the flats in that block from getting flooded and stopped any harm being caused to anyone. Unfortunately the flats were inhabitable as they were waterlogged and we had to re-home the tenants, which Lakin & Co fully took charge of and kept me updated from looking after the tenants needs to getting the damage re-reimbursed from the management company. I am so grateful to Lakin & Co, especially Alanna Moore who has tirelessly helped me turns things around from my flat not being fit enough to be rented out to getting it rented out in a month. This just showed me that Chris Lakin and his team are the best in the business and i am ever so grateful to them. I would highly recommend Lakin & Co to anyone who is looking for trustworthy, professional and friendly Estate Agent. I am about one month into my letting contract with Lakin and Co. The experience so far has been exceptional. The move went very smoothly and maintenance issues have been dealt with very promptly. One of my primary reasons for moving was due to the poor rental experience that I had with a local, but much larger letting agent. As tenants our choices are often driven by the property and not the letting agents, however, having a professional, supportive and reliable letting agent can really make or break your experience in your new home. I am delighted with my experience so far and would say the defining feature of this has been the personable and professional approach from all members of the team. I would recommend without reservation.

Very professional in terms of preparing paperwork, responsiveness, good communication. They use e-platforms which simplify the whole process of contracting and setting up a property for a new tenant. Online viewing also available. Technical issues with a property (a door lock, a washing machine) sorted out really quickly.

I am really happy to be entrusted to this agency. They are always available especially Chris. He took a personal interest in my issue by coming to my house. He also took an interest in case I got other issues. He gave me very useful advice. Highly recommend

I have recently rented a property through Lakin & Co and found them to go above and beyond their contract. They highlighted the need to renew the EPC and arranged this direct with no extra fees, they are the cheapest for rental in the area including VAT in all their percentages so no hidden costs and they contacted all service providers to instigate the change over on the day the new tenants took possession without the need for me to chase anything. A friendly, polite and super efficient company. Highly recommended.
