very good reliable been renting for nearly five years.

Can be very rude to talk to. Slammed the phone down on me while I was asking simple questions about the market area and when I phoned back immediately after blamed it on the signal.

i have been a tenant for seven years with roundwood estates and always found them professional with all my dealings. i some times been late with my rent and found them very understanding with it. also i would recommend them to friends and family good agent to deal with.

12 years ago I become a landlady of Roundwood Estates and I have never look back since then. I have always been satisfied with their services and professionalism. the staff is helpful, considerate, efficient and kind and never had ay problem with Roundwood. They take good care of my tenants and proprty and ensure that all tenants complaints are attended to at the shortest and quickest time. I find the staff fair and unbiased with their dealings with tenants. Overall I have no complaints about Roundwood but admiration and thankful for the service they have rendered me. I am happy using Roundwood.

I was a tenant for over 5 years and I'm not happy for cooperation. It was the worst service I've ever experienced in my life. Very rude and unhelpful. They did not do nothing what I asked. They are not honest as well. Just talk with the landlord was helped. Now I'm the immediate tenant. My landlord is very honest. He did more things for me in three weeks than the Roundwood Estate within in over five years. I will never recommend them!!!!!!
