I had a very smooth process to rent my apartment with Ellis & Co. I have got a good help from Kevin and Ray to setup the documentation/ Tenancy agreement etc. For most of the times, communication was over e-mail and quick to make sure things are sorted before the move. Where to start?? Rude, don't return calls, take money that isn't theirs, make constant excuses about missing rent payments owed to me, the list goes on. I visited their branch recently to find they have no experienced staff working there and the lady I dealt with wreaked of alcohol. Am about to deal with their Head Office as my tenants claim the agent is withholding their deposit when I confirmed in writing to Ellis & Co to send it back to them.
