I’ve been using SilverDoor services for two years now. It’s a perfect alternative to hotel especially if You like a bit of home away. Quality of fully furnished apartments is really good. They are equipped with all You need in every-day life. And what’s equally important - staff is very helpful, responsive and considerate which makes every interaction a pleasure. Thanks a lot!:)

We have been working with SilverDoor for more years than I can remember. They promote our apartments in Aberdeen, Glasgow and Birmingham and we have always found them to be a great team to work with. The team are all knowledgeable, efficient, enthusiastic and most of all very friendly. Nothing is ever a problem to them. Would highly recommend them to anyone. I have also used them to find me accommodation in London. I have never been disappointed. The apartments they provide are always of very high quality and are always in a great location.

We had to travel to Luxembourg on short notice for urgent family business. SilverDoor located a lovely apartment in a nice neighborhood with a parking space, which met our needs exactly. They were most helpful and professional in what otherwise was a stressful time. We would not hesitate to use them again and recommend their services to friends and family.

The company is very professional and the team is great. We just opened Smart City Apartments and they already sending bookings mainly with corporates clients. I will highly recommend them to any company.

I used SilverDoor three years ago to find a place to stay in London for a two month business trip. They had several options available at the time that were convenient for my business location and inventory was even better when I came back for a six month visit at the end of last year. I ended up with a perfect place just a fifteen minute walk to my office and close to three convenient tube stops as well as bus lines, in addition to many choices for restaurants, groceries, and other shopping and entertainment options. The staff has always been helpful and responsive. I recommend the SilverDoor site to co-workers for any extended business trips they may have to our London office.

I have worked closely with SilverDoor as a supplier partner for many years now and have built a great relationship with them. From strong and knowledgeable leadership at the top by Marcus and Stuart, the professional and efficient Partner Relationships team lead by Alex and Kurtis, and key departments such as Account Management and Reservations; they are a formidable team that know their business and provide consistently great service to us as suppliers and their extensive client base. I could not recommend working with them highly enough and hope to continue to personally do business with them for many years to come.

Silver door provide us contractors looking for accommodation in the local area, would definitely work with them again.

A poor service company that is essentially just a middle man. We stayed at three apartments organised by SilverDoor - all were through RoomSpace, so you might as well just book direct with them. We had minor issues at the first two but nothing serious. The last one however, when we arrived, was abysmal. They only gave us one fob for the car park and access gate so me and my wife had to always ensure one of us was in the apartment. They also gave us one wrong set of keys which exacerbated this problem. When we checked in there was no sink plug, hot water, no TV signal and the lamps didn't work. When we came down in the morning we had also been given a car parking fine as they did not provide us the details of where we should be parking and didn't tell us there were any restrictions. When we challenged this, they ignored our query and we have just been handed a £160 fine that they are refusing to accept responsibility for. As a perfect example of their ineptitude, I raised a request for the contact details of their complaints department and have yet to receive a response after 3 weeks. TLDR : You pay a high price for a serviced apartment that has awful service and even worse representatives that ignore you.

Working with SilverDoor is a joy: from being in touch with Account Managers & Account Support who send out requests and make bookings with us, to being in touch with our Partner Account Manager (I'm talking about you Laura 😉). All team members at SilverDoor are friendly, professional and always go the extra mile. We look forward to working with you for many years to come!
