We had a great meal there with a Groupon discount. The restaurant was a bit dated but the food and the staff were great. The drinks were a little pricey but perhaps that's just me not getting out in town enough!! I would definitely go back.

Gym and spa facilities are good. Everything in room you could possibly need. Staff are lovely. Only downfall is lack of free parking on site but closest car park is only a 3-4 minute walk.

Very nice hotel with well finished rooms what you expect for the price you pay. Very nice design inside with a lovely open area above the reception which highlights the great design. Pool and sauna was great with staff very pleasant and helpful when needed. Amusing to see a robot cleaner doing its rounds in the hall. Had a great nights sleep as was very quiet other that the air conditioning but that was my choice to have on highest speed. Would definitely stop again

Went for afternoon tea. This was easy to book, friendly service in a great space, really good prosecco, teas, scone and a good selection of cake. However the sandwiches where poor I can only imagine they're normally much better than we had as everything else was so good.

A lovely hotel with good facilities & one of the best breakfast I've had in Liverpool. Whilst at the hotel I injured myself slipping on the spiral staircase in the swimming pool area, due to lack of maintenance. Reported to fitness centre & main reception when it happened, filled out accident book upon leaving & told by the duty manager I'd get a call back, over two weeks later nothing. Very poor customer service This spiolt what otherwise would of been a great overnight break for me & my wife.

Only stayed one night the restaurant was closed but the bar sold food but a smaller menu. Very nice room but not enough lights very dark & not very warm no radiators just A/C which we couldn't figure out to turn up. Nice bed. Plenty of room lovely black out curtains good job I took my pyjamas cold. Overall not bad but it's not a four star hotel

A but of a mixed experience at the Radisson. Room was great and would have given that 5* for the price (actual wine glasses in the room a good touch missing in many hotels). Very large bed that was very comfy and Bar was also good and staff in there very attentive. The negatives were that the bathroom needed a good steam clean and tidy up but was fine. The breakfast was a challenge as they book you in half hour slots for Covid but in reality this means everyone arrives at the same time and items quickly run out and tables left uncleaned. Breakfast itself was buffet style which was fine. Finally the pool was closed due to a damaged fire door. This happened a week earlier but no communication of this before the trip and the A4 printed sheets given out at check in, said pool was open. Disappointed but a wasn't a deal breaker, just poor communication. Overall I would stay again but a few simple changes could make the experience better.

Comfortable room and friendly, helpful staff. BUT not living up to 4-star rating. Restaurant only open Friday and Saturday, but was closed on Friday, and only limited bar food available. Room not cleaned or serviced during our thee-night stay. Yet charging £180 a night for 3-night booking and nearly £300 for Saturday night only. Hotel is very short-staffed and having to cut corners.

Hotel had problems with the locking system for it"s rooms. So much so that system was being replaced today. Stayed two days and made six visits to reception for my room card to be recoded. Sausages at breakfast poor. Good location.

Paid £180 a night and certainly not worth the money. Room was very dated. Reception booked is a taxi which never arrived and when I rang taxi they hadn’t received any calls to come to pick anyone up. Asked for more milk and coffee for room and said it was on its way but never come. Went down for breakfast and asked us room number which was fine but not another two times while we was eating. Will not be booking with these again. Regards Paul
